Where is the wedding taking place?
All wedding events will be held at Bungalows at Sugarloaf Beach located at 15620 Co Rd 939A, Summerland Key, FL 33042.
Which airport should I fly into?
We recommend flying into Key West International Airport (EYW), which is about a 25-minute drive from the venue. You can also fly into Miami International Airport (MIA) or Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International (FLL) Airport and enjoy the scenic drive down the Keys!
Do I need to rent a car?
Yes—we highly recommend renting a car or coordinating a carpool with other guests. Transportation options in the Keys are limited, and you’ll want the flexibility to explore (and make it to events on time!).
When is check-in and check-out for the Wedding Party staying at the Bungalows at Sugarloaf Beach?
Check-In: Friday, February 19, 2027 at 4 PM | Check-Out: Monday, February 22, 2027 at 10 AM
Will events be outdoors?
Yes! All events will take place outdoors, right along the Atlantic Ocean. Expect sunshine, ocean breezes, and beautiful views all weekend long.
What’s the weather like?
Late February in the Florida Keys is typically warm and sunny, with daytime temps in the 70s–80s. Evenings can be slightly cooler, so you may want a light layer.
What should I wear to each event?
🌅 Welcome Cruise: Palm Beach Chic / sunny, resort‑ready elegance with a tropical twist—elevated but relaxed and very colorful
💍 Wedding Ceremony & Reception: Black Tie Optional, tuxedos and evening gowns are welcome, but elegant suits or cocktail dresses in refined fabrics are also beautiful choices.
☀️ Sunday Brunch: Come as you are—casual and relaxed
🌊 Snorkeling Trip (optional): Swimsuit, cover-up, sunscreen, and towel
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to the intimate nature of our wedding weekend, we’re only able to accommodate guests listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!
Are kids invited?
While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration.
What if I’ve never been to the Florida Keys?
Prepare to fall in love—turquoise water, island vibes, and a very strong chance you’ll start looking at real estate by Sunday.
What time should I arrive for the Sunset Cruise?
Our Welcome Sunset Cruise departs at 4:30 PM sharp, so please plan to arrive at the property by 4:00 PM at the latest. You won’t want to miss that first sunset together!
Is the sunset cruise optional?
Technically yes… but also no. Trust us—you’ll want to be there.
What happens if I miss the boat?
You’ll have a great story… but we’d strongly prefer you didn’t test this.
Do I have to snorkel?
Only if you want to channel your inner tropical explorer. Floating with a drink nearby is also a valid choice.
What if I have more questions?
Feel free to reach out to us anytime—we’re happy to help!

We’ve planned this weekend with so much love and intention, and truly can’t wait to celebrate in this special place with all of our favorite people. Get ready for sunshine, ocean air, and a whole lot of unforgettable moments—see you in the Keys! 🌴💛
